ElderHouse is a certified medical model adult day center and thanks to support from the community, ElderHouse is able to provide quality services at an affordable rate. ElderHouse offers up to seven hours of comprehensive health and personal care services, recreation activities, meals, and transportation to and from the center.
Call ElderHouse for our new all-inclusive rate and compare us to in-home services at $169 per day and assisted living at more than $7,000 per month in Fairfield County, Connecticut.
Personalized Schedules
Clients’ schedules range from 2 to 5 days a week. The number of days clients attend is based on their needs.
Financial Assistance
ElderHouse is open to those who need our services regardless of their ability to pay the full rate. ElderHouse provides help enrolling in state and local financial assistance programs and offers a sliding scale to those who qualify.
